Your stay was acceptable (you’d be hard pressed to stay pleasant or enjoyable), and everyone there seemed pleased to make your acquaintance. Several even tried to engage relationships of a more romantic nature. Indeed, everyone was, if not friendly, openly honest about how they feel about you, which is a great deal more than you can expect in just about any other place.
